Colin M. Coyle, AIA
Colin's 30+ year career spans progressively responsible positions in sales, marketing, management and business development in the A/E/C and the technology/IT infrastructure industries. A consulting practice builder, Colin’s primary expertise is in the development of technically complex building development projects and IT technology consulting for public sector and institutional clients. His background spans alternating engagements between smaller niche and start-up companies, to some of the industry’s largest and most influential global players, many of whom are often the acquirers of the former. He has led multi-disciplinary teams, offices, divisions, and organizations, with as keen an eye on developing professionals, teams, and culture; as acquiring and nurturing markets, clients, and partners.
During his current tenure, he continues the expansion of government programs, where he advises federal, state and local government entities on their critical challenges surrounding IT rationalization, mobility, data center consolidation/ transformation, analytics, and the journey to the cloud.
Colin came to EYP MCF with a proven track record of leadership in building public practice areas for some of the country’s largest and most successful real estate, EPC, and integration consultancies like KBR/Halliburton, CBRE, and AECOM. He has extensive experience in government procurement and contracting, significant P&L responsibility, and has led teaming/capture efforts on engagements well into the billions on large programs and public-private partnership (PPP/3P) initiatives.
Colin is a registered professional architect and holds a bachelor of science in architecture from the University of Virginia. His professional affiliations include current and former leadership positions with the American Institute of Architects, the Society for Marketing Professional Services, and the National Council for Public Private Partnerships. He holds a Secret Level US clearance, and resides in historic Williamsburg, VA.
